E-Merge is looking for multicultural and impactful companies for an acceleration program, personalized mentoring and credit access support. The program aims to help companies express their multiculturalism and enhance the social impact generated in Italy and abroad.

E-merge is a project funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Italy (MAECI) and carried out by the International Organization for Migration (IOM), in collaboration with ACube and Banca Etica. IOM, in the framework of the Migration and Development initiatives, supports multicultural entrepreneurship, highlighting the potential that the migration path represents in an entrepreneurial project.
The E-Merge program proposes a synergistic offer aimed at strengthening the business model, network, business plan, and visibility of multicultural companies. The program includes a four hours workshop and up to 16 hours of one-to-one coaching per team for business planning. It will also provide a collective training, personalized mentoring, and networking activities.
Who can apply?
The call is open for multicultural and social impact small and medium-sized enterprises interested in accessing a path of acceleration, mentorship and support for access to credit.
Not only that, it’s also open for companies that stand out for activities, practices and investments focused on the integration and enhancement of their multiculturalism within processes, governance, products and services.
