Alfanar, together with GFA consulting group and the SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation) has launched a call for proposals in Egypt, for social businesses that have a clear impact model transforming the life of a vulnerable target group, especially migrants and refugees.

Alfanar in partnership with GFA consulting group and the SDC (Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation) is launching a call for proposals in Egypt within the 2021-2023 “Strengthening Social Entrepreneurship For Migration and Development” project. Social enterprises supporting children education or women economic empowerment, especially refugees and host communities are encouraged to apply.
Applicant organisations need to have a clear impact model transforming the life of a vulnerable target group. Applicants cannot be solely dependent on grants or donations, but should have an ongoing and successful income-generating activity sustaining their financial needs.
First-time applications should be limited to one-year subject to renewal if proven successful.
