AUC VLab is looking for valiant entrepreneurs for their Startup Accelerator and their Fintech Accelerator programs, which are running the Spring 2021 cohort. Applications close on January 15th.

AUC VLab has opened applications for entrepreneurs for their Startup Accelerator and their Fintech Accelerator programs, which offer up to 20,000 EGP in funding, as well as mentor match-making, business training, networking and investment opportunities.
AUC Venture Lab is Egypt’s first university-based incubator and accelerator at The American University in Cairo. The lab enables startups to capitalize on AUC’s intellectual capital, world-class facilities and research capacities.
The Startup Accelerator is a 16-week program providing support for early-stage innovative startups to launch and grow your business using evidence-based entrepreneurship and lean startup methods. It runs across all industries with special tracks for E-Commerce, Energy and Sustainability, Healthcare Innovation and Creative Industries.
This program is sponsored by the Arab African International Bank (AAIB), Drosos Foundation, Modus Capital, Nestlé, Oxfam and Shell Egypt.
On the other hand, the FinTech Accelerator is a customized program for financial technology (Fintech) startups providing entrepreneurs with specialized business, finance and technology support, which also runs for 16 weeks.
Fintech entrepreneurs get to understand the ins and outs of working with the evolving government regulations and gain valuable insights from some of the smartest minds in the startup and fintech worlds. The Fintech Accelerator is powered by the Commercial International Bank (CIB) and in partnership with the International Finance Corporation (IFC).
